Uber drivers are entitled to be treated as workers according to a recent Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) decision.  This decision upholds the detailed Employment Tribunal judgment in the same case last year and gives the drivers rights to holiday pay, rest breaks and minimum wage.  This decision is the latest in a series of cases which have tended to fall in favour of the employees.
