On exit

We know that employment law disputes occasionally can’t be avoided and by taking early advice you can be put in the strongest possible position.  We regularly act for senior executives in contractual, bonus and covenant disputes at pre-action stage and will also act as your representative in any relevant Employment Tribunal or Court process.
