The work we do:
Torque Law is predominantly respondent-focused, with 80% of our work being for employer clients – ranging from complex advisory matters to defending high-value, strategically important Tribunal claims.
Where we do act for individuals, this is deliberately selective. We only take on board-level leaders and high profile senior executive exits, where the work is sophisticated, reputationally significant, and closely aligned with our employer practice.
These clients come to us exclusively by referral and present a strategically strong opportunity to build meaningful relationships with key industry decision-makers, with influence in the employer market.
