Tiggy Clifford | Partner
Tiggy is a specialist employment solicitor with particular expertise in advising Yorkshire based SME businesses and senior executives.
Tiggy provides business owners and managers with practical and commercially aware advice to help them deal with tricky employment issues as swiftly and painlessly as possible. Tiggy advises employers on employment disputes (including Employment Tribunal claims), disciplinaries and grievances, negotiated exits, restrictive covenants and protection of confidential information. Tiggy also draws up effective employment contracts, policies and handbooks for employers.

Emma Whiting | Partner
Emma has over 17 years’ experience as a specialist employment solicitor and a proven track record of providing commercially savvy advice. Formerly, a Partner and practice head of the Leeds employment team at Addleshaw Goddard LLP.
Emma has a wealth of knowledge spanning the full spectrum of employment law issues, with a particular emphasis on providing strategic employment advice on complex, reputationally significant and high impact matters for employers and senior executives. Emma has conducted a significant number of contentious matters, advising businesses on the defence of actual or threatened claims, from straightforward unfair dismissal claims, to more complex discrimination and whistleblowing complaints.
Over the course of the last 18 months, Emma has also negotiated over 100 settlement agreements for senior executives, securing favourable outcomes on each occasion.

Emma Cousins | Consultant Solicitor
Emma’s knowledge covers both contentious and non-contentious employment matters with an emphasis in acting for employers and employees in employment tribunal claims.
Together with her considerable experience assisting with general employment law issues, Emma is also skilled at advising on TUPE issues, business immigration issues, and conducting due diligence and reporting on employment issues in high value commercial property and corporate transactions.
Tori Jackson | Consultant Solicitor
Tori is an experienced solicitor in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters with a demonstrated history of working for both larger corporate and SME businesses.
Tori advises employers on grievance and disciplinary matters, employment disputes and Employment Tribunal claims and the termination of employment, including the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements. Tori also drafts effective employment contracts and service agreements, policies and handbooks for employers.

Cathryn joined the firm in October 2017 to help enhance our profile both online and through our events programme. With responsibility for the maintenance of our website along with organising and preparing for our various training seminars, Cathryn is never at a loss for things to do.
