Lights, camera, action!
We have teamed up with neurodiversity specialists and friends of the firm, Creased Puddle, to share best practice on avoiding potential discrimination claims when recruiting and managing individuals who are neurodivergent. Emma Whiting was in front of the camera last week filming our top tips that will be used for training purposes.
As regular followers of Torque Law will know, neurodiversity is very much an area of specialism for the firm, and Tiggy and Emma in particular, following a successful 12-month campaign to raise awareness among local employers of the business benefits of being more neuro-savvy.
